TWIN SAILS INTERACTIVE has announced its independence from the Table Asmodee Group editor after a “strategic management purchase.”
The company will keep its team as part of the transition, including CEO Nicolas Godment, production director Laurent Lichnewsky and Marketing Director Adrien Rotondo.

“Now, as an independent editor, we advance with confidence, ready to pursue our bold and energized vision for the future.”
The CEO of Asmodee, Thomas Koegler, added: “This transition marks an exciting new chapter, ensuring continuity while allowing both Asmodee and Twin Sails to interact in their respective areas of experience.

Founded in 2016 and renamed Asmodee Digital in 2022, Twin Sails Interactive was originally the division of Asmodee games.
It was known for launching digital versions of board games, including Gloomhaven’s titles, Terraft Mars and Catan. Since then, he has published games, including Ember Knights, Survival: Fountain of Youth and News Tower.
“We will continue to defend creative titles with strong visual identities and passionate teams behind them,” said Marketing Director Adrien Rotondo.
“Our goal is to work with our partner studies to create brands of lasting games that grow through updates, new content and new titles of the series.”
Acquired the former parent company of Twin Sails Interactive, Asmodee, was acquired by Abrapere for € 2.75 billion in 2021.
Last year, the embarrass group was divided into three companies, including Asmodee.
The decision was made after a nine -month restructuring program in embarrass, which saw the closure of three studies (volition games, free radical design and Campfire Cabal).
More than 1,400 employees were fired as a result of restructuring, while knowing interactive and gearbox sold.
