Houston Texans offensive Tackle and the free agent Trent Brown has reached an agreement on a one -year agreement worth up to $ 3 million, said Agent Drew Rosenhaus to Adam Schefter from ESPN.
An injury that ended the season limited Brown to only three games last season with the Cincinnati Bengals.
The veteran began the first three weeks of the year in the right Tackle before suffering a patellar tendon ruled on his right knee in the defeat of week 3 of the team before the Washington commanders.
Upon entering the season, Brown was an experienced veteran in a one -year contract that finally provided depth behind the rookie Amarius Mims, who was recruited with the general selection 18 last April. Mims was grooved as the opening head of the season before a pectoral lesion maintained the Georgia product outside the first two games of the season.
Before signing with the Bengals, Brown spent three seasons with the New England patriots. Brown, 31, is a 10 -year -old veteran who was named for Pro Bowl in 2019 as a member of the then Oakland Raiders.
Durability has been a great concern for the selection of the seventh 2015 round of Florida. Brown has played in all regular seasonal games of his teams only once in the last six years. He has appeared in 103 competitions in his career and has been a headline both in the left Tackle and to the right.
