Sony is reportedly preparing to release several PS5 accessories in black.
These include the DualSense Edge controller, Pulse Elite wireless headphones, and Pulse Explore wireless headphones.
Writing on Deallabs, highly reliable data miner billbil-kun said that they expect the black PS5 accessories to be announced before Christmas.
To date, these accessories have only been available in white, excluding the 30th anniversary limited edition DualSense Edge controller.
Like the white versions, the black ones will have the following price:
- DualSense Edge Wireless Controller – Black: $199.99 / £209.99 / €239.99
- Pulse Elite Wireless Headphones – Black: $149.99 / £129.99 / €149.99
- Pulse Explore Wireless Headphones – Black: $199.99 / GBP 199.99 / €219.99
Sony recently launched the PlayStation Black Friday 2024 deals. Through December 2, they include savings on hardware, games and subscriptions at PlayStation Store, PlayStation Direct, PlayStation Gear and participating retailers.
Offers include $75/£65 off PS5 consoles, up to $250/£220 off PlayStation VR2 bundles and up to 30% off PlayStation Plus subscriptions.
Sony is claimed to be developing a new handheld console capable of playing PS5 games. Bloomberg reported Monday that the company was in the “early stages” of creating the device, which is still years away from a possible launch.
“The product aims to expand Sony’s reach and compete with Nintendo for the portable gaming market, according to people familiar with its development,” the publication wrote.
