MTG closes the acquisition of $ 620m from Plarium


Modern Times Group has completed its Plarium acquisition of $ 620 million of its previous owner, Aristocrat Leisure Limited.

MTG and Plarium signed an agreement in November 2024, during which it announced that $ 20 million of the agreement would be differ to 2026.

Now that the agreement has closed, MTG will begin to incorporate into the Plarium and consolidate it completely in the group.

According to Pocket Gamer, the agreement could lead to “a gain of $ 30 million” based on Raid’s income: Shadow Legends in 2025 and “additional $ 170 million based on the income of 2028 of Plarium”.
