Detroit Lions rookie cornerback Terrion Arnold will not travel with the team to Indianapolis and has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Colts due to a groin injury.
Arnold, the 24th overall pick in the first round of the 2024 NFL draft out of Alabama, has started all 10 games and has 38 total tackles and 30 solo tackles with six passes defensed.
He participated fully in Friday’s practice and was considered questionable before being downgraded to out.
On Friday, coach Dan Campbell was asked if Arnold would play Sunday and said he “should be fine.”
“This morning he came in, got treatment, everything seemed pretty good, so we’ll see how he looks in practice today,” Campbell said Friday. “I’m not worried at the moment, but we’ll see how this day goes.”
