As soon as you enter Florawish, there’s a good chance you’ll find a Whimstar Yarn Ball on top of someone’s house. This little bundle of cloth turns into a full-fledged Whimstar once you solve its silly game.
But when interacting with it, all that is shown is a top-down view of its location and a ring that expands to cover a given radius. What do you do with that?
The solution to these Whimstar skeins is simple in retrospect: find the star-shaped object or motif in the area and the Whimstar will be yours.
That’s where things get creative. These stars can be incredibly well hidden. The Whimstar Yarn tutorial, which you might not find until you’re confused by a bunch of them, is a bright, whimsical graffiti of a star on a nearby wall.
Is it street art endorsed by the mayor? Does the Florawish guard know about this?
