Helldivers 2 receives the first crossover with Killzone 2 cosmetics

Helldivers 2 gained its first crossover DLC, including Killzone 2 cosmetics.

The crossover is part of a pristine tier of premium special content, reads a post from developer Arrowhead, suggesting more collaborations are on the way.

“A long time ago we decided to do crossovers only when they make perfect sense for the game,” the Steam post reads. “So in that spirit, we’re excited to announce our first crossover: Killzone 2.”

Now in the Super Store are Flawless Armor, I’m Ready, Weapon Number One, Player Banner, Cloak, and Player Name.

A second batch will be available starting December 23.

The post also hints at alternative content: “High Command informs us that beyond the Superstore content, there is also an additional Killzone 2 reward for all Helldivers depending on their success in the Galactic War…”

The collaboration also marks the beginning of a long rotation of items in the collection, as Arrowhead briefly tests a future fifth rotation.

“Right now, many of you feel like the elements are in rotation for too short a time and sometimes you miss that killer look you had in your eyes,” he said. “At the same time, the more things we add to the store, the longer it will take to get back into rotation.”

After collaboration, web page rotation in the meeting will return to normal as the developer collects feedback.

Ending the present, a restricted version controller of Helldivers 2 used to be evident.

Killzone 2 was released for PS3 in 2009 by Guerrilla Games, published by Sony. It was followed by Killzone 3 in 2011, Killzone: Mercenary on PS Vita in 2013 and later Killzone: Silhoutte Fall for the PS4 version that same day.

Since then, there has been an incorrect commitment to a pristine recreation within the form.

In fact, in October, Guerrilla artistic director Roy Postma said the studio had completed the form and created Horizon 0 Morning to “refresh the palette.”
