You can grab the Fish Radar in Fisch as soon as you start playing. As long as you have the 8,000 coins to pay for it, you can buy it at the dock outside of Moosewood Village.

Unless you’ve changed your spawn point, that’s right, it’s just a few steps away from where you’ll spawn as soon as you log into the game.
Simply walk up to it and press the button it will tell you. Confirm that you are willing to contribute the money and that it is yours.
How to use fish radar in Fisch
Once you’ve acquired the Fish Radar, you just need to equip it, either by pressing the numbered item bar slot it is in or by pressing the “Open Backpack” text just above the bar and placing it there.
With it in your hand, simply click the main button (touch the touch screen, left click on the PC, etc.) to activate it. You can equip any other item once it is active and retain the effects. Simply repeat the process to turn it off.
What does Fish Radar do in Fisch?
Activating fish radar highlights the exact spaces you will need to cast your rod to find a particular fish.
For example, it will show that simply casting your rod into the Moosewood Village pond is not the best way to catch a specific fish. Specimens such as pike, carp and goldfish are easier to find in the places you will see marked while the fish radar is active.
You will still need to meet conditions such as bait, weather, time of day, and rod to catch the named fish in a specific location, but you will have a better chance of doing so in that specific location.
