The League A Team 1 of the UEFA International League ends on Monday with the meeting between Croatia and Portugal at the Stadion Poljud during the holidays. Zlatko Dalic’s men overcame Roberto Martínez’s side in a summer friendly ahead of UEFA Euro 2024, but the Portuguese have since beaten Vatreni in UNL’s first game in which Cristiano Ronaldo scored his number one goal 900 in his career. A draw or victory for Poland against Scotland will see Croatia qualify anyway, but the hosts will struggle to recover from their seven defeats out of nine against the Euro 2016 winners.
Ronaldo scored twice in the 5-1 thrashing of Poland, taking the 39-year-old closer to achieving another milestone of 132 world wins, which is now higher than Sergio Ramos’ record of 131. Rafael Leao, Bruno Fernandes and Pedro Neto were also on track before Dominik Marczuk reduced the arrears. Portugal have only lost things against Scotland in this version and the only defeat they have suffered in their last 10 away games in the UNL was against Switzerland in 2022. The only Croatia to have scored more than once against the Selecao in recent times . months in all competitions and you may want to do the same here.

League A Team 1
Dalic’s men are in mixed method with seven figures out of nine during the internationals in September and October. An away win in Scotland would have secured second place and a place in the knockout round, but the Scots still have a chance to overtake Vatreni in life if they lose to Portugal and Steve Clarke’s team beat Portugal. They cannot be relegated, so to a certain extent it will be enough for the Selecao to already be in the government position.
Workforce information
Croatia: Croatia’s denial. 10 Petar Sucic is suspended, so Mario Pasalic or Nikola Vlasic are expected to return. Ante Budimir and Dominik Livakovic are again in suspense and Dominik Kotarski is expected to make media even though Andrej Kramaric must continue to govern. Kristijan Jakic took a hit, so Marin Pongracic could come in.
Imaginable Croatia XI: Livakovic; Pongracic, Caleta-Automobile, Sutalo, Gvardiol; Modric, Kovacic L. Sucic, Pasalic, Perisic; Kramaric.
Portugal: Martínez has allowed Ronaldo, Bernardo Silva, Neto and Fernandes to return to their closest clubs to secure a government position. Fabio Silva and Geovany Quenda were summoned last week. Tiago Djalo is also worried. Joao Félix, Joao Cancelo and Vitinha could just start the week. Rui Silva and José Sa will hope to start ahead of goalkeeper Diogo Costa.
Imaginable Portugal XI: R. Silva; Cancelo, Djalo, Araujo, Tavares; Vitinha, Neves; Conceicao, Félix, Trincao; F. Silva.
Prediction
The Croatians just want a level week as Portugal has already achieved that, so expect this to complete the level with League A Team 1 playing as expected. Select: Croatia 1, Portugal 1.
