Dave Bautista just joined a movie about a group of alien invaders who dress up as a ’50s biker gang, and he’s just the end of the A-list cast.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Guardians of the Galaxy and Knock on the Cabin actor Dave Bautista has joined the project, and there’s a long list of alternate names joining him, including Channing Tatum (Deadpool and Wolverine), Cate Blanchett (The Lord of the Rings), Steven Yeun (Invincible), Zoe Kravitz (The Batman), Lea Sydoux (Death Stranding) and Riley Keough (Insane Max: Anger Street). That’s a full dozen superstar energy in one movie, and it’s packaged into one attractive, laugh-out-loud idea.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Alpha Gang takes place “in augmented reality” and follows some alien invaders who arrive on Earth in the 1950s, disguised as a leather-clad biker gang as they set out to conquer the planet. That all begins to be resolved when the extraterrestrial beings find out about something casual that we people like to call feelings, and Blanchett seems ready to play Alpha One, the head of the alien crew.
