The Vikingos of Minnesota have agreed to an agreement with the open receiver/Rondale Moore, the team announced Wednesday.
Moore, 24, will probably compete for the work of Receiver No. 3, a role played mainly by Jalen Nailor last season, behind the headlines Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison. The receiver No. 4 of the Vikings of the last two seasons, Brandon Powell, is a free agent and has not been signed until this point.
The depth of the Vikings in the position could be exclusively relevant since Addison faces a possible NFL discipline for a minor crime of the drunk driving date he received last summer.
Powell was also the reflector of clearing the Vikings. Moore does not have extensive experience in that area, but returned 21 clearing for Arizona cardinals, with an average of 8.1 yards per return.
The 2024 season for the Atlanta Falcons was lost due to a knee injury that suffered in a articulating practice with the Miami Dolphins in August.
The Falcons had acquired Moore in an exchange with Arizona last March that sent the Cardder Field Marshal to the cardinals.
The cards selected Moore in the second round of the 2021 draft, and played his first three seasons for the franchise, caught 135 passes for 1,201 yards and scored four touchdowns (three receptors).
It has appeared in 39 games with 23 openings.
