Uh oh, Roblox’s Dress to Impress has lost Santa, but he’s still sleighing this holiday season with the new Winter Wonderland event

Dress to Impress kicks off its Christmas-themed festivities today with a Winter Wonderland event taking place in-game Roblox until January 14. That’s a whole month of putting together outfits that will sleigh down the catwalk, as well as some research, as players are also tasked with figuring out where the heck Santa has disappeared to.

That’s how it is. After months of theorizing about shady goings-on within the Dress to Impress universe, in which players concluded that the game‘s nail artist, Lana, had been replaced by some sort of supernatural nail-painting clone, we have another mystery to solve. . .

It’s up to the Dress to Impress community of stylists to find out where Saint Nicholas has gone and save Christmas. Meanwhile, players will also be able to visit Santa’s Workshop and help the elves while their trusted leader is away.

The creators of Dress to Impress shared a sneak peek of the update on TikTok, where we see a fashionista, dressed in appropriate Santa-themed clothing, decorating a tree. Unfortunately, we don’t get to see much more than that, just like when the trailer for the previous Charli XCX-inspired brat update was released, but we do know a little more about what’s to come.

In addition to tracking down Santa and helping his elves, there’s a candy cane forest to explore, reindeer to ride (with a flying obstacle course to boot), and even an ancient ice cave to explore. Now I’m wondering if Dress to Impress is the same game I played months ago, because flying on reindeer seems a world away from my experiences of dancing the apple on the runway while dressed as SpongeBob SquarePants.

Last but not least, players can of course look forward to new clothing and accessories to adorn themselves with. Both men’s and women’s wardrobes are getting brand new winter items, poses and more. There will even be an ice rink, a cafe, and a new lobby for players to explore.

Naturally, there will be new secrets to discover as you all get to work to discover the fate of Saint Nicholas too…
