Toys For Bob ‘would love to work on a new Banjo-Kazooie’

Toys for Bob has said that I would love to work in a new Banjo-Kazooie game.

In an interview with the Creator of Content ‘Canadian Guy EH’, he asked the toys for Bob Studio Paul Yan to which developers or IP he would love to work in the study.

“There are so many, and that is one of the exciting possibilities of being independent,” Yan said.

“A company with which we would like to work is one that we are already working with; Team Xbox. They have been a great partner and also have a very interesting list of characters with which Bob toys could have a lot of fun. Honey Bear is the first to come to mind. I think we can all agree that Banjo has been hibrating enough, right?”

The rare property platform game has not seen a delivery from Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, which was launched for Xbox 360 15 years ago.

However, the classical franchise has been more prominent in recent years. Last year, the first game of the series was added to Nintendo Switch online, and Banjo and Kazooie were added as playable characters to Super Smash Bros Ultimate.

In 2020, Spencer said that any revival of classic rare franchises was rare. However, speaking with VGC this summer as part of an extended interview for Mark Banjo-Kazooie the 25th Anniversary, a group of original members of the rare team said they did not expect a new game in the short term.

Despite a $ 3 million kickstarter and More than 1 million copies sold For his spiritual successor, Yooka-Laylee’s composer of Playonic Games, Grant Kirkhope, questioned if the audience was really there for a new game.

Toys for Bob was founded in 1989 and developed games such as Star Control, Pandemoniom and the war imposed before it was acquired by Activision in 2005.

In recent years, California’s study has helped with the development in the Call of Duty series, but is better known as the studio behind the Skylanders series, as well as the Crash Bandicoot 4 of 2020: it is time and the Spyro Reaveded Trilogy of 2018.
