There’s an official Dungeons & Dragons pinball machine coming that’s amazing to look at, has a hefty price tag, and features… Gerard Way from My Chemical Romance?

Pinball lovers and Dungeons & Dragons fans alike will probably be interested in this lush looking and wildly expensive new pinball machine.

I have a real love for pinball machines; They are definitely something of a relic of a bygone era, but they have persisted nonetheless and become increasingly extravagant as the years have passed. To be honest, I would love to have one, if only so I don’t have to spend a lot of money on them. The problem is that you would have to shell out a lot more money to buy a machine, especially if you wanted this recently revealed official Dungeons & Dragons unit. The machine, which you can see in the video below, comes from Stern Pinball, “the largest pinball game manufacturer in the world,” and it certainly looks like an impressive machine.

It’s an official collaboration with Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, to help continue the 50th anniversary of the TTRPG, taking players on “an epic and thrilling journey as they venture into forgotten realms, featuring iconic enemies, including a dragon red, a gelatinous cube, mimic, Sammaster the lich, D&D notables like Matthew Mercer, Laura Bailey, and Critical Role’s Marisha Ray, as well as Luke Gygax, son of the game‘s co-creator Gary Gygax.

However, the wildest member of the voice cast is easily Gerard Way. Yes, apparently that Gerard Way, from My Chemical Romance. No, I don’t know why it’s in this, but if you end up buying one, it’ll be fun to tell people about it. Oh, speaking of buying it, you almost certainly won’t be able to do it since it’s expensive.

At a minimum, you’ll have to pony up $7,000 for the Pro edition, but the Premium version bumps that up to $9,700. Even more than that is the Limited Edition, which will only receive 740 units and cost a ridiculous amount of $13,000. Pretty cool pinball machine guys, but I think I’ll pass on this one.
