South Africa will not organize any tests for men next summer, according to the Future Tours (FTP) program, and will only have an incoming tour, a T20I series of five games against the Western Indies, in the 2025-26 season. This is the first time since the readmission that South Africa will not organize the evidence of men with the next accessories in the home of long formats scheduled for October 2026 against Australia.
The Lean calendar will allow the South Africa cricket to concentrate on the improvements of the stadium before the ODI 2027 World Cup, which will be co-elbitrione by South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia. Several of the country’s main land will have image changes, including new reflectors and launches, which will be prepared in advance and tested before the main event.
He will also give him the care center of South African women, since they receive Ireland and Pakistan for three T20 and three hate each. They will play games in all the great places of South Africa: Newlands in Cape Town, St George’s Park in Gqeberha, the vagabundos in Johannesburg, Supersport Park in Centurion and Kingsmead in Durban
The women’s team will visit the smallest centers in Paarl, Benoni, East London, Potchefstroom, Bloemfontein and Kimberley, which means they will have a game in all the main lands of the country in the same season. The Pakistan series also marks the first round of the new women’s championship cycle, before the ODI 2029 World Cup.
“We hope to see our women face Ireland and Pakistan,” said the CSA of CSA, Pholetsi Moseki, in a statement. “These tours not only provide our team with strong competition, but also provide our fans the opportunity to see proteas women compete in their favorite places throughout the country.
Moseki explained that the male international window was “unusually shorter next season due to bilateral bilateral tours”, with the sides of the white ball of South Africa that crossed Australia and England in August and September and the test team that plays two -game series in Pakistan and India in November and December.
The absence of home evidence has also allowed the SA20 to move to the festive window for the first and only time. It will be played between December 26 and January 26, with the Western Indies series that will continue immediately after. The five games extend between coastal and highveld places, but neither Gqeberha nor Durban will organize a game. Therefore, South African players will have six weeks of cricket T20 before the T20 World Cup in India and Sri Lanka, which begins in February.
CSA has also organized a tour, against New Zealand A, which will include three one -day games and two four -day games at the beginning of summer. The games will be played in Pretoria and Potchefstroom.
The shortage of testing at home next summer will be followed by a blessing in the 2026-27 season, when the men of South Africa will receive England and Australia for three tests each and Bangladesh for two games, while the women’s team will play evidence against India and Australia for a total of 10 tests.
