Ferguson previously managed Clyde, Kelty Hearts and Alloa, while McCann, 50, has had spells in charge of Dundee and Inverness Caledonian Thistle.
Dodds, 56, was a Ross County assistant and then achieved Inverness, while goalkeeper McGregor, 43, had two spells with the rangers.
“We appreciate him and his team assuming the role in this difficult time,” Stewart said about Ferguson.
The former midfielder and former McCann pool helped the Rangers win two national acute, with Ferguson winning five league titles and 15 trophies in two spells.
McCann has nine winners of their game days in Ibrox, including three on the first flight and former Dodds won the three main national honors once with Rangers. The trio, which won 97 international CAPS combined, has worked as media experts.
The first McGregor spell in Rangers coincided with the second Ferguson period and the former guard won 13 medals with Rangers and 42 Caps of Scotland. He left the Rangers as a player in 2023.
The Rangers are the next at home Motherwell on Saturday (15:00) and will play both legs of their last draw in the Europa League with the Fenerbahce of José Mourinho, as well as a league game outside the league against Celtic before the break March international.
Fenerbahce receives the Rangers on March 6, with the return in Ibrox seven days later.
