The New England Patriots Field Marshal, Drake Maye, is entering his second season and now has a veteran star receiver in his offensive. The team added Pro Bowler four times Stefon Diggs this low season and while it comes from an ACL injury, it probably brought a spark that the The team offensive has lacked in recent years.
Diggs had its first press conference with the media on Friday and made a comparison between its new QB and an QB MVP with which you have played in the past.
“I’m excited,” said Diggs. “I really wait for him eagerly. It’s crazy because when you ask, he has many similarities, people say through the vine, he acts a lot [Buffalo Bills quarterback] Josh [Allen]. That was my boy, so I hope to gather and connect with him. “
Diggs went with the Bills from 2020 to 2023, Before Buffalo changed it to Houston Texans. After a year of CJ Stud throwing passes for him, he now joins another young field marshal who has shown high hopes for his NFL future.

Diggs began his career with the Minnesota Vikings, where he played from 2015 to 2019, working with Field Marshal Kirk Cousins for two of those seasons. Uniting his fourth team in his decade career, Diggs has worked with his participation in the Quarterbacks and knows the importance of creating a personal relationship with the offensive leader.
“Seeing that I get the experience … I have played with many quarterbacks,” Diggs said. “I have been close to many field marshal, so I learned to the field marshal, knowing him, spending more time with him. Once you know someone on a more personal level, I feel that it is a lot to take to the field, whether they are risk makers or like to play aggressive, I like to play intelligently and simply go crazy in what is good.”
The Patriots and Texans met in October last season and Diggs noticed some features about Maye that appreciates in a QB.
“We played it last year. It shows a lot of fight,” said the 31 -year -old. “He got that burning quarterback, ‘I want to win’ mentality. That is something that excites me and I love being close. But, in terms of its development as a field marshal, I feel that is not really too much about my work. My work is to get up and catch the ball. I just hope to leave again and be one of the weapon for him.”
Diggs reassured some Patriots fans, saying that it is ahead of the provisions in terms of their injury recovery, saying that it is “returning to normal.”
