Steelers’ Justin Fields (hamstring) will serve as emergency quarterback against the Giants; Russell Wilson will have a new backup
The Pittsburgh Steelers will once again have a different quarterback rotation for Monday night’s matchup against the Fresh York Giants. Russell Wilson will start, month in which Kyle Allen will be his number one substitute. Justin Subjects, who was previously listed as questionable for the game with a hamstring issue, will step in as Pittsburgh’s situation quarterback.

The players, who started Pittsburgh’s first six games and helped lead the Steelers to a 4-2 start, did not follow the latest event. He will only play games on Monday night if Wilson and Allen suffer injuries that force them to miss the game.

Wilson began the season as Pittsburgh’s home quarterback after suffering a calf injury before the Steelers’ season opener against the Atlanta Falcons. Used to be elevated to Deny. Second place before finally starting the final event’s 37-15 victory over the Jets.

It was a very successful debut with the Steelers for Wilson, who scored three total monthly touchdowns and a record for the most passing yards by an inaugural quarterback making his Steelers debut (264).

Wilson faces a tough job against a Giants defense that is the NFL’s best in third-down power. Fresh York’s protection has been led thus far through defensive lineman Dexter Lawrence, who already has 9 sacks this season.
