Third quarter document
Spurs have overcome an initial shortage to hit the government on this one. They have a bit of protection as they recently led the Timberwolves 95-82.
The Spurs have not begun to string two consecutive victories, but this may be their probability. For now, things are going well for them.

What to know
The Timberwolves have enjoyed a three-game homestand, but they’ll soon have to get their street jerseys dirty. They just played the day before, but they will still face the San Antonio Spurs at 8:00 pm ET on Saturday at the Frost Deposit Center. Things are looking excellent for BDOCCBSGame, who are expected to take a very easy victory in their subsequent showdown.
The Timberwolves head in intact by scoring the most trouble they have had all season. They came out on top in an exciting game against the Nuggets on Friday, taking the date 119-116.
More than one player participated in all-star performances to lead the Timberwolves to victory, but probably none more so than Anthony Edwards, who had 29 problems.
The Timberwolves ran as a unit and finished the game with 34 assists. That’s the most assists they’ve posted since April.
Meanwhile, the Spurs came away from the struggling Jazz to back up on Thursday, taking the game 106-88.
The Spurs’ fortunes were led by the efforts of Victor Wembanyama, who nearly had a double-double with 25 points and nine rebounds, and Chris Paul, who had a double-double with 19 points and ten assists. Wembanyama had some difficulty finding his footing against the Thunder on Wednesday, so it was a nice change.
Minnesota now has a profitable record of 3-2. As for San Antonio, their victory raised their record to 2-3.
The Timberwolves beat the Spurs 114-105 in their previous meeting in February. The rematch could be slightly more difficult for the Timberwolves, since the team will not have the merit of playing at home in this round. We will see if the change of headquarters gives an excess.
