Rubén Amorim: Manchester United coach is “excited” about the debut of “special talent” Leny Yoro

Yoro had been linked with Real Madrid, Paris St-Germain and Liverpool before joining United in July, with the club’s sporting director Dan Ashworth describing the centre-back as “one of the most exciting young defenders in world football” .

Amorim said: “He has a special talent, we have to be careful at the first moment. We didn’t have too much training.” [sessions] together. He has been training with a small group of players.

“He is very fast, a modern defender. He will be good when we want to press high and in this league you leave a lot of forwards one on one, he can do it. He is very good on the ball, so I am very good.” enthusiastic.

“We have to be careful, we have to manage the load and the minutes at the beginning, but I am very excited to see Leny Yoro play.”
