Mike is an accomplished writer who spent more than 16 years working for Rockstar Games as a creative lead on some of the most critically acclaimed and commercially successful video game franchises of all time. His LinkedIn profile has been updated to state that he was at Rockstar Games from 2007 until 2023 (it previously stated that he was there from 2007 until the present). His LinkedIn about section has also been updated.

Michael joined Rockstar Games in 2007 as a senior Creative writer, with Grand Theft Auto IV as his first project. He was credited with writing the pedestrian dialogue. Michael also provided the voice for a commercial in GTA IV.

Michael Unsworth has worked on several games.

Unsworth’s departure isn’t the only storyline unfolding in the gaming universe. BioWare, another titan in the industry, bid adieu to Lukas Kristjanson, the mind behind Baldur’s Gate 1 and 2, as well as the first three Dragon Age games. Times are changing, and game studios are sailing through uncharted waters.
