Testfly, a “leading provider of strategic and innovative quality guarantee tests for the game industry, has acquired the Brazilian test firm Red Cerberus de Tinybuild.
Testfly did not detailed the terms of the acquisition, but some points of sale report that it was an cash agreement of $ 1.5 million. The firm said that the acquisition “will significantly expand Testfly’s abilities by integrating the highly qualified Red Cerberus team of 180 professionals and avant -garde test facilities.”
“The combined organization will provide improved automation tools and 24 -hour test coverage, 7 days a week through a monitoring model and greater support between console, PC and mobile platforms,” the company said in a statement.
Red Cerberus said that integration in Testfly is already underway and will not interrupt the continuous service for its customers and employees.
