QA firm TestFly acquires Brazilian testing company Red Cerberus


Testfly, a “leading provider of strategic and innovative quality guarantee tests for the game industry, has acquired the Brazilian test firm Red Cerberus de Tinybuild.

Testfly did not detailed the terms of the acquisition, but some points of sale report that it was an cash agreement of $ 1.5 million. The firm said that the acquisition “will significantly expand Testfly’s abilities by integrating the highly qualified Red Cerberus team of 180 professionals and avant -garde test facilities.”
