Bethesda has begun a Starfield marketing campaign to get players all over the world in search of unique billboards for the game.
The publisher has displayed customized Starfield posters all over the world as part of the “Windows to the Worlds” campaign.
Globally, there are 1001 of these posters with a number on the bottom-right corner identifying which environment it depicts. Players are now being encouraged by the official Starfield Twitter account to look for them all and then share their discoveries on the Discord server for the game. An introduction in the Discord channel reads, “Across the world, we have hidden 1001 unique and numbered ‘Windows to the Worlds,’ offering a glimpse into the universe of Starfield.

Only four of the billboards—numbers 118, 210, 376, and 402—had been shared on Discord at the time of writing. The photos of all four were taken at London Underground stations, including Waterloo, Kings Cross St. Pancras, and an unconfirmed Northern Line platform. All four were seen in the United Kingdom.
A large Starfield advertisement was seen on an Australian tram, but it is unlikely to be from the same campaign since it lacks a number.
Starfield will finally be released on September 6 after years of anticipation. According to their time zone, players who purchase the game’s Premium Edition or Constellation Edition will have early access to Starfield beginning on August 31 or September 1.
