A second review will be released for Planet Coaster 2 next day, November 21, which will bring many recoveries.
Additionally, developer Frontier has announced what it is running for the December update to make many improvements.
One of the main changes to the themed landscape simulator in the November update is to create more attractive channels for landscape visitors: visitors will now be less and more likely to exchange their opinions on their way to a channel. It is necessary to go through a canal a couple of times, and find much less interesting pools, entering through a canal instead.
Additionally, visitors will now endure longer queues “within reason” and queue times will be displayed more as they should. Complete review notes can be obtained on the Planet Coaster 2 website online.
The changes are especially welcome considering H2O rides are the freshest feature of this sequel, so visitors will now be much more likely to cause a spill.
As for December, there are a lot of additions shown at the beginning. They come with some UI improvements, such as edge scrolling on PC and modified colorblind-friendly heatmaps, plus control changes, the removal of the game logo from routes, a larger selection of Workshop parts that can be displayed in the browser according to the web. page and adjustments to the team of workers and maintenance.
Frontier is working on more additions, although they are not shown for December. They include improvements to channel physics, the ability to reset devices to their default color, modified status effects for power turbines, and the removal of the Workshop download ban on PC.
Finally, the December update will bring normal balance and function recoveries, as well as mountain worm recoveries.
The sequel to Frontier’s themed landscape simulator was originally released from life, following its reveal again in July.
In recent years, Frontier was reported to have blocked its upcoming F1 game Supervisor 25 due to poor sales of the franchise. The studio is apparently backing away from the simulation games it’s best known for, including Planet Coaster.
