Injuries are a vile inevitability in the NFL, and Last 7 has been a bad exception. The surprising computer virus has taken its fair share of attacks around the league this season, and we are clear that it continues at this time with a handful of major players happening.

One of the biggest injuries came when Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson suffered a bruised Achilles tendon in the second quarter against the Bengals and had to be removed. The Browns are concerned about the quarterback spending the remainder of the season. The 49ers may have lost another offensive star when Brandon Aiyuk went down with what the team fears is a torn ACL.

Below is an updated, team-by-team list of all alternate key injuries from the bottom 7 across the league.

  • Curtis Samuel (shoulder): Wide receiver Costes was ruled out due to a shoulder bruise he suffered in the first quarter of Buffalo’s matchup against the Titans.

Cincinnati Bengals

  • Geno Stone (left leg): The Bengals defense was ruled out and he later suffered a shock to his left leg.
  • Deshaun Watson (Achilles): The Browns’ junior quarterback suffered a non-contact shock less than two minutes into the first half of the team’s 7-year-old matchup against the Bengals. Then, being carted off the farmland, Cleveland formally ruled him out with a shocked Achilles tendon. Kevin Stefanski says he fears Watson is out of line for this season.
  • Dorian Thompson-Robinson (finger): Playing in the park for injured Deshaun Watson, Thompson-Robinson was ruled out and then suffered a bruised finger late in the game. Jameis Winston took over as extreme quarterback.
  • David, 1st Viscount Montgomery of Alamein (leg): The Lions backup returned to action in the opening minutes of the second quarter, then was questionable about returning to action Sunday due to a knee injury.
  • Jaylon Carlies (calf): The Colts linebacker was ruled out due to a calf shock he suffered in the second quarter.
  • Cam Robinson (concussion): Jacksonville’s formation takes left in the first half of the club’s Last 7 game against unused England in London. First, the team said they were evaluating him for a concussion and then ruled him out once that investigation was shown.
  • JuJu Smith-Schuster (hamstrings): Smith-Schuster left the Chiefs’ last-7 win and then suffered a shock to the hamstring he was dealing with heading into the game.
  • Aidan O’Connell (thumb): The Las Vegas Raiders quarterback walked to the bench room and then struggled with what was reported as a bad thumb. Gardner Minshew moved him to quarterback.
  • Tyler Huntley (right shoulder): Dolphins quarterback Tyler Huntley went to the bench room and then suffered a bruise to his right shoulder. Then, first of all, listing him as questionable to return, the Dolphins downgraded Huntley to out. Tim Boyle came in as an extra.
  • Layden Robinson (ankle): England’s unused reserve suffered a shock in the first half and was initially ruled out as doubtful of a comeback. In the opening minutes of the third quarter, he was demoted to out.
  • DeMario Douglas (problem): The Patriots wide receiver was listed as questionable to return for the team’s last 7-year matchup against the Jaguars. As NFL Media reported, Douglas woke up sick and took anti-nausea medication and an IV, but appeared to be slower because of this issue.
  • Ja’Lynn Polk (director): Polk suffered a blow to the head in the last matchup.
  • Ty Summers (ankle): The Giants linebacker was ruled out for the remainder of the game due to an ankle injury.
  • Jalin Hyatt (ribs): The Giants wide receiver suffered a broken rib late in Sunday’s game.
  • Mekhi Becton (concussion): The Eagles offense was ruled out once due to a concussion.
  • Brandon Aiyuk (knee): Aiyuk was taken off the farmland and ruled out and then suffered what appears to be a significant bruise to his right knee. Principal Kyle Shanahan said after the game that the team fears a torn ACL.
  • Samuel Deebo (problem): Samuel was having a hard time figuring it out, but he stayed on the sidelines before finally turning into boulevard clothes for the second half of Sunday’s game against the Chiefs.
  • DK Metcalf (knee): The Seahawks’ star wide receiver was doubtful to return due to a knee injury and was clearly moved to the bench room late in the game. Timing issues didn’t look good for Metcalf, with Seahawks coach Mike Macdonald later saying the upset “doesn’t look too bad.” NFL Media reported Monday that the shock is believed to be minor.
  • Jayden Daniels (rib): The Commanders’ rookie quarterback may well have his rib segment examined in running shoes on the sideline. The closest one was taken to the blue science tent, came out, and still seemed to be in pain. Daniels quickly left for the bank room. He was ruled out at halftime, but returned to the bench. Marcus Mariota is the quarterback. Both Daniels’ mother and more than one report indicated that the x-rays came back blank, but he will head for more tests on Monday.
