YouTube personality and kinetic artist Joseph Herscher has created a Carrera Mario Kart racing track of real life at home using daily items such as books, hand weights and tupperware.
Herscher, who has more than seven million youtube subscribers and is proud to build Rube Goldberg machines, chain reactions and “other completely useless gadgets,” Super Mario used: Mario Kart Lego to put the race, and then created a course around his room (I suppose).
Following what is best known, Herscher launched Racers Bricky as Mario, Baby Peach and Luigi on their way, triggering a chain of events that finally sees a supreme reign on the podium.
In the true fashion of Mario Kart there are some, ahem, mishaps and shells on the way to victory, while the characters negotiate one comfortable and more. Who is victory? Well, you can look and find out below.
He does not say that Herscher followers have been impressed with his creation of Mario Kart, with comments like “Incredible!”, “Impressive!” And “so great!” appearing under the video.
In related news, a new set of 18+ Lego Mario Kart was announced. The next set will be released on May 15 and presents a complete buildable mario with a possible head and arms.
As for the Mario Kart video game series, it seems very likely that the next franchise entry arrives with Nintendo Switch 2.
