They are a few weeks agitated for Liverpool, with the Reds who have league games almost every three days until the end of the month.
But things are facilitated considerably in March, when the Reds play only a league game, a game at home against Bottom Club Southampton.
However, that does not mean that it is a quiet month, since Liverpool has the small issue of the EFL Cup final against Newcastle on March 16.
That final of the Cup is the reason why Wednesday’s game has been presented against Aston Villa. Arsenal plays Chelsea at home in the Premier League on March 16, at which time both clubs will have nine games.
On March 4 or 5, Liverpool will also have the first stretch of its draw of the Champions League last 16, when they will travel to one from Paris St-Germain, Benfica, Monaco or Brest. The section back in Anfield will take place a week later.
Liverpool ends the season with a game at home against Crystal Palace, at which time they would expect to have already had the title.
