John Cena and Ric Aptitude are strong candidates for the Mount Rushmore of professional wrestling. WWE values each man’s 16 global identity reigns as data. But Cena wouldn’t imagine himself, “The Nature Boy” or any member of the WWE Hall of Fame as the best professional wrestler. Cena offers that honor to an animated performer, Roman Reigns.
Cena defended Reigns as the greatest of all time during an update with Shannon Sharpe. Cena noted Reigns’ longevity in WWE’s big tournament scene and how the company’s business grew during Reigns’ recent stint as WWE’s undisputed overall champion.
“I don’t think there’s a better example of how much better the business has been than Roman Reigns,” Cena advised the “Shay Shay Club” on Wednesday. “It’s amazing to say that a talent still active, with years ahead of him, is the best of all time. He’s been at this since 2012. I had to work my way up. I started on the bench and then on Saturday’s show, he lost all matches. He came in with The Shield and in a very high-profile spot and never wavered, even when fans didn’t like him, he was still in a main event spot for over a decade.
“In 2012, the price was quoted at $11. The WWE/TKO price is now at $117. That falls on their shoulders. There is no further indication, and I understand that it is a goal of the group, and no one does it without love But that, for me, is important shit that I have to admire in its rightful place. [Roman] He is astute, passionate about the profession and a multi-generational athlete. He has admiration for its people, the warehouse, the commerce. He is an exceedingly astute performer and I admire anyone. “He would be the greatest of all time.”
Reigns has been a cornerstone for WWE despite acting part-time lately. His 1,316 days as Universal Champion is the fourth-longest world reign identified by WWE. At the same time, Reigns took the Wrong. 7 place on the list thanks to his 735 days as WWE champion while retaining both titles.

Cena is preparing to embark on his WWE resignation journey which concludes at WrestleMania 41 on April 19-20. Despite the imminent end of his career in the ring, Cena does not hide that he has signed a contract extension with WWE that runs until 2025. .
“I have a very trusting relationship with them,” Cena mentioned. “More than two decades. I am a champion of the brand. I love the company. It is my home. They are my family. Even after 2025, I have already signed an extension to remain a member of the WWE family for the next few years. “In the future, in the medium and long term, I don’t think there will be a beat of my heart in which the blood of WWE does not come out of it.
