Bioware seems to have said goodbye to more updates for Dragon Age: The Veilguard, after the launch this week of patch 5 of the game.
The update patch notes thank fans for playing Dragon Age: The Veilguard in recent months while implementing some small additional characteristics of quality of life.
Bioware continues to stating that you are now happy that the game is in a “stable place” and will monitor any errors report that interrupt the game, in case they occur.
The patch notes end with “Dareth Shiral!” – meaning ‘farewell‘, either ‘safe trip‘In the elphical language of the game. It really seems that this is.
Earlier this week, EA said that Dragon Age: The Veilguard had not met the internal objectives of the editor, after “involving” 1.5 million players between October 2024 and the end of the year, “almost 50 for one hundred less than the company’s expectations. ”
Last week, Eurogamer published the first statement of the Dragon Age: The Veilguard game, Corinne Busieche, speaking of her starting from the study.
While no great dragon age updates were expected: The Veilguard and Bioware had already ruled out the possibility of DLC, fans still reacted with surprise to the sudden end of any small additional addition.
There was some hope that a New game Plus mode would be added, for example, as well as more cosmetic options for the clothing designs of the characters.
On the other hand, patch 5 contains a series of small error corrections and a last change in the quality of life: “recommended levels have been added to secondary missions that players can receive at significantly lower levels.”
Dareth Shiral, Dragon Age: The Veil Guard. On the positive side, we hope this helps Bioware to accelerate work in Mass Effect 5.
