The Miami Dolphins are also still alive in the playoff race. Denver can clinch a playoff spot with a win over the top-seeded Kansas City Chiefs in Week 18. The Dolphins can clinch it with a loss to the Broncos and a win over the Jets, while the Bengals can clinch with the losses of the Broncos and the Dolphins.
The Detroit Lions and Minnesota Vikings will play for the No. 1 seed to cap the regular season, with the winner getting home-field advantage in the NFC playoffs, while the loser will drop to the No. 5 seed, leaving . on the road in the wild card round.
