The former PlayStation executive, Shawn Layden, has said that the first part of Nintendo is strong enough to mitigate the “label clash” of the $ 80 games.
Layden, who was president of the company’s world studies group when he left Sony in 2019, recently appeared in the Podcast Playerdiven to discuss, among other issues, Nintendo Switch 2.

Until now, Nintendo has confirmed the price of three games for the system, with the launch game Mario Kart World that costs $ 80, Donkey Kong Baniza with a cost of $ 70 and Nintendo Switch 2 Welcomme Tour costs $ 10.
