Greedfall 2 improvements will arrive “gradually” with Update 0.2 “just the first step”

Greedfall 2 developer Spiders is using the end of the year as an opportunity to “reflect on our journey so far” and said it is “committed to building a great game together with [the community] and listening to their invaluable comments.

In an update posted on Steam, Spiders said that “a lot has happened since the start of Early Access,” but the team is “excited” with the progress to date, despite it being a challenging experience that has delayed the 0.2 update. without any confirmation yet. release date.

This means that Update 0.2 will not introduce a large number of changes, but rather the improvements will be “rolled out gradually” over time.

“We would like to be able to provide a release date, but we would prefer to wait until we are sure,” the team added. “What we can promise is that our priority remains to deliver a game that meets your expectations and takes your feedback into account.”

The update also explains that Spiders was working behind the scenes to fix issues with Alivda’s voice lines, and although the original voice actor was unable to reprise the role, he was working with a new artist to re-record the lines and change them. the next update.”
