A month later, Nil Group Pathway was founded and began to obtain null rights for more than 400 players, providing each one with an initial payment of $ 1,500.

“From the beginning, we have designed our NIL program to be accessible, direct, voluntary and equitable for all, offering the same base level compensation to each subdivision athlete of Football Bowl that opts using the OneTeam platform and the Compass Nil application,” said the vice president of EA Sports, Sean O’Brien.

“This approach allows each athlete to make their own decisions. University sports are growing and changing, and our focus on EA Sports is to continue putting the athletes first while we bring them in the game in university football 26 and beyond.”

The president of Pathway, Casey Schwab, added: “This is great news for university soccer players and aligns with our vision in Pathway, which is to provide the most professional, transparent and legitimate null program for university athletes.
