One of the most fascinating dominoes of the low season in the NFL is what the Seattle Seahawks plan to do with the Star DK Metcalf receiver. The 27 -year -old passes is entering the last year of his contract, which prepares him for a possible extension in the coming months. However, due to that current state of Lame-Duck beyond 2025, it has been asked if Seattle could exchange Metcalf instead of understanding it to a new agreement.

If this route continues, there is a team that seems to be a logical adjustment. In a recent Masslive.com report, people in the league believe that if the Seahawks finally choose to exchange Metcalf, it will be the Las Vegas Raiders.

Of course, that brings together Metcalf with the recently hired coach Pete Carroll, who was in Seattle when the team recruited him in 2019 by Ole Miss and trained him during the first five years of his career. Under Carroll, Metcalf obtained two Pro Bowl nodders and an there all-number of the second team in 2020.

Player's head player

Raiders currently have the second largest amount of space at the NFL limit with approximately $ 96.4 million, so that a financial component could facilitate an extension for Metcalf if they acquired it. That said, the raiders are also looking for a new quartback (Possibly negotiating by Matthew Stafford of Rams), which would eat in that cap of the cap.

Metcalf would be instantly located as the open receiver No. 1 of Las Vegas and would form a solid match with Jakobi Meyers, which surpassed 1,000 yards in 2024. Together with Meyes, Metcalf would join a crime that boasts of Brock Bowers, which broke the Rookie’s records for receptions (112).
