Sunday’s only game pitted Kilmarnock against Rangers at Rugby Soil and it used to be the home fans who were celebrating…
Pablo: In the first half, I thought we were the easier team. We gave up more ownership in the second half, but I think we’re happy to let them have the ball and aim to hurt us. That’s the worst Rangers team I’ve seen play in years. They assured us to rush some of the game and that it wasn’t a trauma to rush all three things. A truly earned victory in the first house.
Stephen: At the end, home victory, blank slate and 90 minutes of total performance. The back four were calm, the midfield supported our defense and went forward when the owners won and the two forwards did not give the opposing defense a bit of joy. The right submarines also have the right service life. Never think about Hurricane Ashley, the Rangers couldn’t deal with Hurricane Marley. Admirable victory.
Robert: Completely superior. We were the easier side throughout the game and it was such a comfortable game against one of the biggest Worn Company we’ve ever had. The Rangers are an excessively underdog aspect. We have been much better than Rangers despite not being at our best.
Then: A superior team performance, but special mention to Robbie Deas. Every time he is called on he steps up and has contributed hugely to some of our best defensive performances under Derek McInnes. We are lucky to have him and he deserves to start more often.
Ann: A difficult but really deserved victory for the boys. A perfect defense with Deas and Stuart Findlay in the center. The midfield made for a jarring end to things for Rangers. I think David Watson should have started rather than coming up from the bench. As for Watkins, do I want to say anything else?
Derek: Such a comfortable victory for any part of Worn Company as a souvenir. It was absolutely luxurious to see Brad Lyons and Liam Donnelly win the midfield fight with a single issue and, excluding Jefte-Armstrong, it looked like Kilmarnock resoundingly won each and every fight. Exceptional efficiency and a confident indication of which items will return.
Rangers lovers have been far from inspired…
Mate: Dull. Careless. Negative struggle, spirit of disagreement, but the most worrying thing is that it is not unexpected. The club is in a real mess from the control to the base and the ones who are suffering are us, the lovers. Philippe Clement has a great weakness. Enthusiasts are starting to lose confidence and we’ve been here time and time again.
Then: Completely cowardly! Rotten from the beginning, small and at odds with the real sports plan, empty jerseys – fight at odds, interest at odds and hope unfortunately at odds! We can be lucky to finish third with that team.
Ian: Clement spoke earlier in the season to judge his team in October. Now we are in October and the team shows discordant growth indicators. The midfield 3 and forward 3 are the most underprivileged front six I have seen for years. We should have also introduced James Tavernier in the summer, if not sooner. Recruiting has been awful for years and there is a long season ahead.
Daisy: Why, oh why can we never rush to enjoy when Celtic’s release occurs? It’s like we lost the bottle. We are very disenchanted: it does not seem that we have the fight to win.
Alexander: Completely inept and tactically incompetent. Negative path from the heart of the field, which allowed Kilmarnock to play their own sport. The Rangers players just got knocked down and deserved what they got. Nothing at all. Things want to be negotiated and quickly.
Ronnie: Arguably our biggest league game of the season will be next Saturday’s result at Parkhead. A completely wasted blonde choice in what used to be the worst 90 minutes I have seen from the Rangers side against local rivals in a long life. Negative go brands alternative to Jack Butland. We once again gave it the appearance of a championship. It is no longer forgivable.
Chris: How many real male Rangers are on this team? All that is at stake with this amount is cash, not the shirt. Unless we have a player base of young academy players in the team, we are not going anywhere. Purchasing injury-prone mercenaries is not a viable technique.
Roy: Initially it is training. Mr. Clément continues with his 4-2-3-1 and we are struggling to achieve our objectives. Until about seven or eight years ago, Rangers constantly played two up front. Whatever happens, we want to get back to that, whether that means 4-4-2 or 3-5-2. Recently, we are simply no longer in the sweet spot and can try to finish in third place!
