CD Projekt shares Witcher and Cyberpunk project updates, announces partnership with mobile studio Scopely

As part of his latest financial gains report, CD Projakt developer has shared progress updates about his numerous Witcher and Cyberpunk projects, as well as confirmed an association with the Saudi-back mobile developer (and the new owner of Pokémon Go) to create a game.

As for the hulled project, there is not much to inform today. CD Projekt simply confirmed that “he had entered a strategic association with Scopey to develop a set set within one of the CD Projakt IP.” And although it seems reasonable to assume that this points to some type of mobile game established in the universes of Witcher or Cyberpunk 2077, we will not know with certainty until it is revealed more.

Far from Scopely, CD Projakt also spent some time offering progress updates about the various titles that it was previously confirmed that it is in development. The work at The Witcher 4 continues Apace, for example, but the other CD Projakt games have seen some adjustments. The Spin -off project of Witcher Sirius, which restarted several years ago, remained in pre -production, and the CD Projekt says that the molasses developer now merged with the red CD Projekt team to “guarantee an even better alignment in the scope and direction of the project.”

The Witcher 4 obtained his long -awaited revelation at the end of last year.

In addition, the new version of CD Projakt’s Witcher 1, which was announced in October 2022 as part of the ambitious development of the study, is still in the conceptual phase. In addition, the study says that due to the “production processes” related to assets and technology, it has decided to “temporarily integrate its development with continuous work in the 4”. As a result, a “small portion” of developer theory Fool’s is currently supporting the Witcher 4 team, with the aim of “having the necessary assets, tools and pipes ready for a more efficient development of the Witcher remake.”

Going from The Witcher, it is said that the sequel Cyberpunk 2077 of CD Projakt, currently known as Orion Project, is reaching the end of its conceptual phase and will enter the pre -production “in the coming weeks.” In addition, the development of the new IP of the study, known only as Hadar project today, continues. “Hadar’s vision has progressed during the last year, becoming more detailed,” said CD Projakt. “Internal assumptions and ideas have been forged in main pillars that guide us forward [and] The team’s approach is to further develop the IP and the history of the game, while creating some specific game solutions. ”

CD Projakt also reiterated that it has a series of other projects not revealed in process, including another of Fool’s Theory, and once again it caught attention to its new Netflix Cyberpunk 2077 animation of Netflix, which is currently “in development.”

Witcher 4, of course, saw his long -awaited revelation at the end of last year, with CD Projakt finally confirming that Ciri would be the focus this time, although Geralt of Rivia (once again expressed by Doug Cockle) will also return to some capacity.
