Capcom and TiMi Studio Team have announced Monster Hunter Outlanders, a new mobile game set in the Monster Hunter universe.
While previous Monster Hunter games on mobile devices have tended to feature different gameplay (such as augmented reality or more turn-based RPG mechanics), Outlanders is claimed to be a more “authentic” Monster Hunter experience on mobile devices.
Avid players will “explore and survive unique regions of an open-world map featuring natural environments, ecosystems, and monsters,” and create and assemble gear and equipment.
The game can also be played solo or with a group of up to four players. TiMi believes those parts will achieve “a mobile game that allows players to enjoy the Monster Hunter experience with friends, anytime, anywhere.”
Even if the sport does not yet have a break time, many play tests will pull the playground before and after. Players are invited to access the game‘s Discord server or visit their page to learn more about the annual trials.
TiMi Studio Team is a subsidiary of Tencent and specializes in mobile video games. The crowd, which is made up of studios from around the world, is best known for Call of Accountability Mobile, Party of Empires Mobile, and Pokémon Unite, although this doesn’t necessarily mean what the specific teams running in Monster Hunter Outlanders will be.
“It’s time for mobile gamers to fully enjoy what makes Monster Hunter one of the most beloved gaming franchises,” TiMi Studio Team maker Dong Huang said in a comment.
“Monster Hunter Outlanders not only offers players an authentic hunting experience, but it does so in a huge open world that features the community and social systems that players are looking for today.”
