Sent as night watchman on the third night, Rejaur added 56 runs for the third wicket with Pinak Ghosh, who made 42, before making 59 runs that lasted two and a half hours on the fourth day. Sylhet captain Amite Hasan completed the 190-run chase with his unbeaten 37.

Dhaka responded with 401 with Mahidul Islam Ankon, fresh off his Test debut against South Africa, making 99. He hit five fours and three sixes in his 155-ball stay, before falling to Ahmed Sharif. There were fifty of Ashiqur Rahman Shibli, Joyraz Sheik and Taibur Rahman. Chattogram reached 124 for four in their second innings.
