Detroit Pistons vs. Chicago Bulls: How to watch NBA online, TV channel, live stream information, start time

half time report

The Bulls and Pistons have competed, but their offenses certainly haven’t. With a score of 65-57, the Bulls looked like the better team, but there are still two more quarters to play.

If the Bulls keep playing like this, they will increase their record to 6-9 in no time. On the other hand, the Pistons will have to settle for a 7-9 record unless things change (and quickly).

What to know

The Bulls are 8-2 against the Pistons since January 2022 and will have a chance to extend that success on Monday. Both will face each other at 7:00 pm ET at Little Caesars Arena without much rest after finishing the matches yesterday. The Bulls are expected to lose this game by 4.5 points, so we’ll see if that gives them some motivation.

On Sunday, the Bulls suffered a tough blow against the Rockets, falling 143-107. Chicago has now earned an ‘L’ in consecutive games.

Meanwhile, winning is always good, but doing so with the highest score of the season is even better (just ask the Pistons). They hurt the Wizards with a clear 124-104 victory on Sunday. Detroit brought the score to 102-79 at the end of the third, a deficit that Washington chipped away at but never fully recovered from.

The Pistons earned their victory thanks to several key players, but it was Cade Cunningham up front who posted a triple-double with 21 points, ten rebounds and ten assists. Cunningham had some trouble finding his footing against the Raptors on Friday, so this was a step in the right direction. Jaden Ivey was another key player, adding 28 points along with eight assists.

Chicago’s loss dropped their record to 5-9. As for Detroit, they’ve been on a roll lately: They’ve won three of their last four games, adding a nice boost to their 7-8 record this season.

Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: the Bulls have been breaking glass this season, having averaged 45.9 rebounds per game. It’s not like the Pistons (currently in fourth place) have problems in that department, though, as they’ve averaged 47.5. With both teams struggling to corral missed shots, we’ll see if one team can take advantage.

The Bulls got their win against the Pistons when the teams last met in April by a conclusive 127-105. Will the Bulls repeat their success or do the Pistons have a better game plan this time? We will know very soon.
