While the adventure resembles The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, combat is modeled after the Dark Souls series. Elden Ring has achieved widespread praise, winning Game of the Year at The Game Awards 2022, and breaking sales records for both hard copies and digital copies.

Despite DLC rumors, FromSoftware hasn’t yet made any definite statements. Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon, which is due out in 2023 for the Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, and PC, is being worked on by the company.
