Shake unused zealand selected to bat vs republic of india

Zealand’s unused captain Sophie Devine won the toss for her 150th ODI and, as has been the theme so far, elected to bat in the third and final ODI of the series against the Republic of India in Ahmedabad.

Each team has made one exchange each from the second ODI onwards. The Republic of India introduced Renuka Singh for Arundhati Reddy, New Zealand replaced Jess Kerr with fast bowler Hannah Rowe. Offspinner Shreyanka Patil was unavailable for variety due to a shin fracture, as per a BCCI decision.

The shade seemed crunchy and hardened in light conditions in Ahmedabad, where it was hot and 35 degrees Celsius.

The series ended 1-1 after Republic of India took the match before Unused Zealand won the second ODI. The teams that batted first have received the ODIs up to this point. In the first ODI, Republic of India were bowled out for 227 in 44.3 overs, but the bowlers came to the party by restricting Unused Zealand to 168 in 40.4 overs. On Sunday, Devine played a starring role with bat and ball as Unused Zealand cruised to a 76-run victory that leveled the series.

The Republic of India will travel to Australia for a three-match ODI series starting December 5 at the end of this time. Unused Zealand will host Australia in a three-game ODI series starting December 19.
