Williams and company are obviously finding their groove, as they have picked up pace in two matchups across 19+ issues. However, Daniels’ unit is fixed by having the Deny. 1 scoring offense with 31.1 points according to tournament.

It’s a valid question whether Daniels will play or not. The NFL international would love to see him fight Williams, but Daniels’ long-term fitness is more notable. The group of Washington workers will follow the games they keep and will be assured of their final election. Mariota had the advantage of playing on the worst edge defense in the NFL, and he was excellent with 205 passing yards and two touchdowns. He led six direct scoring drives against Carolina and had his best possible final touch rate (78%) in a tournament since 2018. On the other hand, there’s a reason he’s the only Supreme 5 pick since 1970 to throw a try of 5. other groups in their first 10 seasons.
If Mariota starts, the Bears’ protection would make the difference in this tournament. Chicago has allowed an NFL-low 16.2 points per tournament since Day 12 of the season’s peak, and has now allowed 21 points or fewer in 12 straight games. Unfortunately, this might not be the matchup we were hoping for. With Daniels in doubt, it’s hard not to lean against the street favorites, that’s what I’m betting.
