Physical editions of Unlit Fantasy Wukong are on the way.
In a tweet recently posted to the game’s pro X/Twitter account, Game Science thanked players for their patience and stated that the Unlit Fantasy Wukong master disc is now “ready,” that “PS5 physical editions” were arriving quickly.
Whether you were hoping for forged loyalty or a diminished future, I’m afraid Game Science refrained from giving specific dates, opting instead for an opaque observation that the physical game will be available “very soon.”
“Destined, thank you for your patience!” the staff stated. “With the Black Myth Wukong master disc ready, the PS5 physical edition will be available very soon.”
However, there are still questions about an Xbox version. Last year, Microsoft again showed that the extension to the Xbox cut of Unlit Fantasy: Wukong is not due to “platform limitations”, but even if Game Science’s action RPG was exempt in August on PC and PS5 , the Xbox version remains delayed for unknown reasons.
Speculation grew that the developer was working to run the game on the Form S console, when other rumors suggested that the game was actually exclusive to the PlayStation console.
