It won’t be long before you can rev your engines once again with a new Tokyo Xtreme Racer game.
The upcoming release, which will mark the first title in the series in 18 years, will make its Early Access debut on Steam later this month on January 23. Developer Genki said it will use this early access period to “use player feedback to further improve the game.”
Early access is expected to last about four months. Then, of course, the full version will be released. This version will include the rest of the story, along with additional cars, additional rival characters, and “new features and improvements.” Genki added that those who opt for the early access version will have access to the full release version at launch, at the discounted early access price (for now, that price is “TBD”, so stay tuned) .
