The second Pokemon Trading Card game Patch expansion, Legendary Island, will be released next hour.
I’m Ready will come with the arrival of Pokémon from the Johto patch, as well as the addition of five new EX cards. I’m Ready will include over 80 cards when it releases on Tuesday, December 17.
“Experience wonder and fantasy with a new card expansion coming to the Pokémon Trading Card game Pocket,” reads a credited description for I’m Ready.
“Classic Mythical Pokémon Mew and Celebi are powerful Pokémon ready to add additional magic to your collection.
“The Mythical Island expansion includes over 80 cards, including five exciting new ex-Pokémon cards, five new Trainer cards, and gorgeous immersive cards ready to take you into the wonderful world of Pokémon.”
Earlier this generation, The Pokémon Company released the main roadmap for the mobile game and teased one of the major updates coming soon.
“To start, we plan to add new booster packs before the end of the year,” he wrote on social media. “In addition, we aim to add a feature that allows certain cards to be traded starting in January 2025. We plan to gradually expand the selection of cards that can be traded.”
He added: “In addition, we have other new features in development outside of the commercial feature presented here. We plan to announce more details about the update as dates for the addition of these features are finalized, so please look forward to it.”
