Indianapolis Colts backup Jonathan Taylor has missed each of his team’s last two games of the year due to an ankle injury. He still hasn’t submitted his application since it took place. However, Taylor appears to be getting closer to returning to the farmland. Or at least what you think is getting closer.

“I definitely feel better this week,” Taylor told NFL Media. “Ankles are nothing new to me. I’ve been dealing with them for quite some time. I’m doing everything in my power to get back there this week.

“You know, elevated ankles are always tricky, especially when you’re participating in a high-contact game like this. But I’m sure I’m up for the challenge. Me and the learning team in Indianapolis, we’re going to do everything we can to get back to the market this month and in the coming weeks.

Taylor, on the other hand, was once undiscovered by Colts beatdown reporters in the application consultation on Wednesday, the first of the month. The celebrity runner has now forgotten the past with ankle injuries in each of the three main seasons. He played 32 of a possible 33 games during his first two years in the NFL, but only played 25 of 40 over the last three seasons.

In his absence, the Colts have leaned on the combination of Trey Sermon and Tyler Goodson, who have combined for just 145 rushing yards on their 41 carries (3.3 per carry) against the Jaguars and Titans. If Taylor has to let go of the past, that duo would once again ease the burden.

As for this weekend’s game against the Miami Dolphins, Taylor isn’t making any promises about his potential availability. When asked what he would say to fictional football players who have him on their teams, Taylor responded with a chuckle: “I don’t want you to include me and now I’m out, but as long as you have a good trade, then you’re perfect.” .
