Thirteen weeks of the 2024 NFL season are in the books, meaning we’re already halfway through the regular season schedule. And the playoffs are right around the corner.
The NFC, in particular, is still up for grabs despite the Detroit Lions’ dominance atop the conference, with eight other teams with at least six wins and two divisions up for grabs.

Mathematically eliminated
- New York Giants (2-10): They have now lost seven in a row, including both games since parting ways with Daniel Jones. Another review is coming; The question is how big will it be?
Unofficially out of this
- dallas cowboys (5-7): They’ve won two straight division games thanks to better performances from the Cooper Rush, but this is still a team that plays primarily for pride, with Dak Prescott sidelined until 2025.
- chicago bears (4-8): Caleb Williams is no longer saddled with the dubious coaching of Matt Eberflus, who has been replaced by Thomas Brown. But this whole operation awaits a new facelift.
